Integrity plus Knowledge and Experience equals Positive Transactions for Both Sellers and Buyers...

Twenty-eight years ago my husband, two children and I moved to Southwestern Pennsylvania from New Jersey. My husband worked in the medical community and I also worked as a registered nurse at the community hospital close to my home in Franklin Park. The medical  industry that brought us to move here and raise our children in this part of Pennsylvania is now one of the leading employers in the region. The economy of the region is now based on healthcare, medicine, education, technology and financial services. Once known as, "The Steel City", Pittsburgh with its rich heritage of cultures and a strong work ethic has been named by Rand McNally, "Most Livable City", on several occasions. We have found the schools (elementary to college) have been wonderful for our two children, who have grown up in the area and went to North Allegheny School District in the North Hills and the University of Pittsburgh.

Living in Franklin Park when the area was not yet as populated to today where the North Hills has grown into such a bustling suburb of Pittsburgh. Many new medical facilities, businesses (like Westinghouse) etc., new plans, schools, malls and restaurants have thrived with the convenience of I-79, I-279, Route 19 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike making commuting to the city and airport a plus for the residents of the north.

During the years that we have resided here, I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve many years on the Franklin Park Recreation Board and help develop the park system for the youth that participate in many teams of baseball, softball, soccer and football. The parks also afford hiking trails, sand volleyball courts, state of the art playgrounds and community events, like Movies in the Park, Concerts and much more.

Community service  has always been a part of my adult life and I have worked on the Board of Elections in past years, served and helped build the homeowners association that our plan now has in place and worked as a volunteer in the school system and local hospitals.

Working in the real estate industry the last 18 years I have worked with many people to introduce them to living in the Pittsburgh area. I have been an active resident of : area and feel that I can be a good resource for newcomers to the Northern Region of Pittsburgh
